Select this option to register a single player.

Select this option to register a group of two players who are requesting to play together. To pay separately, register each player as a "Single" and include your preferred partner's name in the "Notes" section.

Select this option to register a group of four players who are requesting to play together. To pay separately, register each player as a "Single" and include your preferred partner's name(s) in the "Notes" section.

Select this option to register a group of three players who are requesting to play together. To pay separately, register each player as a "Single" and include your preferred partner's name in the "Notes" section.

Select this option to register a group of five players who are requesting to play together.  To pay separately, register each player as a "Single" and include your preferred partner's name in the "Notes" section.

Note that one of the players must be a registered CPGA Professional and that the Professional must advise Head Professional Jason McKinlay at the Harvest Golf Club of their participation.
